All permanent jewelry and premade jewelry are final sale and nonrefundable. Permanent jewelry is a custom piece made specifically for you, once it's cut its nonrefundable.
We offer a 30-day warranty on all of our permanent jewelry chains. We provide a FREE re-weld for any jewelry that has fallen off or has been removed at any point. If the permanent option is no longer working for your lifestyle, we can add a clasp free of charge.
Broken or lost jewelry will be replaced within the 30-day warranty. After 30 days we are not able to offer a replacement due to the nature of the wearer's lifestyle being out of our control.

Permanent jewelry is claspless jewelry that is welded together by a quick, painless spark. Although it is called “permanent” you can remove it with jewelry snips whenever you want!
If you decide to part ways with your permanent jewelry, it can be removed as simply as a scissor snip.
If you do plan to re-weld, it in the future, we recommend carefully cutting it with scissors at the small ring that connects the two ends of the chain, to maintain the integrity of the chain.
We use 14k solid gold, .925 sterling silver, 14k gold filled, and rose gold filled materials. These metals can be worn while exercising, showering, swimming, sleeping and will not fade, flake or tarnish.
